Nei Gong Taijiquan & Kung Fu School is run under the guidance of Master Shi Dan-Qiu. Dan-Qiu started learning Chinese Martial Arts at the age of five. In 1966, Dan-Qiu followed Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) lessons under the tutelage of Gu Li-Sheng, one of the last students of Master Yang Shao-Hou (elder brother of Yang Cheng-Fu).

Nei Gong offers lessons for health maintenance and self-defense based on the Chinese Internal Martial Arts, specializing in the Taijiquan of Yang Shao-Hou. Nei Gong also offers training in the two other Chinese Internal Martial Arts, Xingyiquan (Hsing I Chuan) and Baguazhang (Pa Kua Chang).

Nei Gong provides weekly training lessons and workshops for individuals and groups who would like to experience the Internal Martial Arts and increase their knowledge in specific disciplines that each one offers. Please call the number below or send an email to: info@neigong.nl
