Health Maintenance

Goal: Making use of Taijiquan and Qigong (Chi Kung) to help one improve their general health. By working on one's breathing, focus, balance and co-ordination, it is possible to increase the level of health and well being.

The following are practiced during Health Maintenance lessons:

  • Basic Taiji Qigong of The Yang Shao-Hou System:

    • Shi Jin Jing Qigng
    • Animal Qigong
    • San Wei Qigong (3D Qigong)

    The Taiji Form van Yang Shao-Hou:

    • The Taijiquan Long Form

Self Defense

Goal: To use the martial aspects of Taijiquan in self defense situations. Taijiquan is one of the three internal martial arts of China. Its priciples encompass overing the hard with the soft. The methods tought help to increase mental awareness, better muscular coordination, self confidence and ability to protect one's self.

The following are practiced during Self Defense lessons:

  • Shi Jin Jing Qigong
  • Animal Qigong
  • San Wei Qigong (3D Qigong)
  • The Taijiquan Long Form of Yang Shao Hou
  • Taiji Chang Quan (Fast Movements)
  • TaijiXiao Jia (Explosive Movements)
  • Taiji Yun Jin (Internal Power Development)
  • Taiji Fa Jin (Fa Jin Applications from the Yang Shou Hou Form)
  • Pushing Hands
  • Taiji San Shou (Sparring based on the Yang Shou Hou Form)
  • Weapons Forms
  • Xingyiquan
  • Baguazhang

First time sign up fee:

Payments are made on a annual or semi-annual basis. Please ask for details.

For €10,00 a month extra, you can train Taiji lessons on Monday and Tuesday as well.
